Gobierno digital y modernización del Estado: Una revisión bibliométrica

Resumen

El presente artículo bibliométrico tiene como propósito de analizar la producción científica relacionada con el gobierno digital y la modernización del Estado mediante un estudio bibliométrico, identificando las tendencias de investigación, los autores y países más influyentes, las temáticas predominantes y las brechas de conocimiento, con el fin de aportar una visión integral sobre el estado actual de estos temas y orientar futuras investigaciones. La metodología fue la bibliometría, este análisis se realizó con una base de datos generada de Scopus. Los resultados revelan una evolución sostenida de las publicaciones científicas respecto al gobierno digital y modernización del estado iniciada en el año 2000, estas publicaciones no solo están enriqueciendo el conocimiento académico, sino que también están influyendo en la transformación de políticas públicas para afrontar los retos tecnológicos. Este panorama evidencia la creciente demanda de soluciones digitales que mejoren la eficiencia, transparencia y adaptabilidad de los procesos estatales en un contexto global de cambio acelerado.
